I am developing an information system that will help Rwandan citizens to issue their complaint on tribunal courts when ever they fill justice wasn't brought to them. This application will help anyone who wishes to signal a case of corruption that resulted in any tribunal court in Rwanda. This one will be able to share a message using his phone (SMS) or browse and fill a complaint form on the application. The application will then generate graphics that shows complaints that have been issued on different tribunal courts in Rwanda and therefore help Transparency Rwanda to deliver their report.
