This project aims at raising public awareness and use of IT tools in recruitment procedures by both public and private institutions in Rwanda. This system will enable both recruiters and job applicants to fell facilities gained through like timeliness and cost-effectiveness. Once this system is published job applicants will apply for job opportunities whenever and wherever they are without moving to recruiters' headquarters and this will provide solution to problems of hard copies and resume screening and the emerging issue of big stores for paper archives. An other benefit is that the recruitment market will be extended to regional and international level.
