With this project, we are specifically emphasizing on home grown solution. The objective of this project will be to quicken the legal aid support for every Rwandan in being helped or connected with the lawyers who provide a help either from the public or international policies basing on the case categories which are subjected, in effective and usable circumstances while both sides are chatting. with the general objective which is the Development and implementation of citizen to lawyer chat platform whereby the citizens will be able to communicate with the lawyers in quick and effective way. specific objectives are: a. To help the citizens to quickly get connected to the lawyers or advocates b. To raise the openness of the citizens to the lawyers while chatting and discussing c. To minimize time and cost of travelling while searching and need to meet with lawyers d. To optimize the collaboration between the citizens and the lawyers to know what the laws say about any civil case or criminal cases.
