Bio of my project: As an IT and young entrepreneur, I have analyzed sectors or fields that use ICT less than others here in Rwanda; and found many of them which would help to build on many projects. One of those sectors is literacy, especially libraries. As I found, library management is nowadays so hard and it is one the factor that discourages a good number of readers. Librarians always have problems with both of their clients(readers) and supervisors. Not only that; books get lost in a way unrecognized or when a client asks for a present book in the library, it is so complicated to the librarian to find it because there no database. Briefly, I would like to develop a software which would manage library clients, most read books and vice-versa, giving automatic reports, the number of books in the library, books which has to be returned, the authors of all the books and so on.
