My project is to build a system that will be used by Milk Collection Centers in Rwanda, due to a needed technology to solve that problem, that system should be hybrid of Desktop based application and web application, and it is not only for recording how milk was collected and sold but also will be able to send information needed by government including taxes and other necessary information.
