This project is aimed at designing and setting up basic cloud computing running on Openstack under virtualbox for hosting cloud platforms. As Information and Communication Technology is increasing, Cloud Computing is a solution to new Rwandan IT and Telecommunication Companies which have little or no Capital to invest in heavy capital expenditures in IT hardware infrastructure, obviously Cloud Computing will strongly affect the ICT industry, in particular the software and IT services, itself.
