Anti-plagiarism system was designed to avoid plagiarism specifically in University of Rwanda, But i need to extend it country wide a cross both government and private universities, where most of the projects and assignments done under these universities are not published on the internet so detecting this kind of plagiarism would be resolved by this system, And I am planning to add a platform where students would submit there finished projects and this platform will be linking them to the out side investors, because most of the times students do better projects but fail to get funds for implementation, so this platform will help them meet the sponsors.
