This project is aimed to critically measure and improve network performance parameters of the newly deployed 4G LTE in Rwanda by focusing in Kigali city. The period that Rwanda Olleh Network (oRn) which has become Kt Rwanda Network (ktRN) released promotional products that attract much subscribers, thus need of powerful network in terms of subscriber’s demand. Therefore, This project will collect data of the performance of the existing LTE network in Kigali, analyze it and develop idea on various parameters that need to be fine-tuned in order to have the maximum performance of the network
