In order to increase knowledge through reading and research, we choose to work on a project that will enable Rwandans citizens in general who thirst for knowledge to learn more through an electronic library online. This new software will allow Rwandans to assess and develop their knowledge in all areas of social life: cultural, agricultural, geographical, literary, political, philosophical, historical as well as many other areas.
