As Rwanda becomes more developed, efficiency and time consciousness become more significant. With the increase in vehicle production and RWANDA population, more and more parking spaces and facilities are required. My goal is to develop a new parking system called Smart Parking Controller (SPC) which is proposed to assist drivers to find vacant spaces in a car parking lots in a shorter time.
