To overcome all of these problems the Government of Rwanda through RGB and other related institutions is proposing to have a mobile based system that will be used by the public (citizens) to report on corruption, Conflict (amakimbirane), accident and/or poor service delivery, the system will help policy makers and implementers to enhance service delivery, corruption monitoring and evaluation because it will provide feedback to them.
