| I have a substantial experience of working withCommunities Based Organizations/cooperatives -CBO- for about 10 years. Since 1998,I was a permanent staff of UGAMA-CSC, a local NGO. Later, since 2009 I worked as an independent Consultant and as an Outsourced services Provider hired by experienced consulting firms to fulfill the contracts’ assignments with international NGO such as USAID (funding Agency) and ACDI/VOCA and CARANA Corporation. As a permanent staff of UGAMA-CSC, I had a responsibility of helping poor women in cooperatives across the former province of Gitarama in the Southern region of Rwanda; to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions driving a positive change in raising their income; from saving and rotating credits.
