Rwanda Innovation Endowment Fund (RIEF) is a fund initiated by Ministry of Education (MINEDUC) and UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) to stimulate economic transformation through R&D in market oriented innovative products.

RIEF funds Rwandan startups with innovative products in ICT and other priority areas.
