The Internet is about opportunity, creativity, empowerment, knowledge, and freedom. It has been built on these principles and its future success is dependent upon them. Basic and fundamental rights underpin these principles and the vision that the Internet is for everyone. Rights that people have offline are applicable online.(if you can’t talk stupid offline/ Same should be same online)
However does that happen so in Rwanda? Do you freely express yourself while on the internet?
Come and share your thoughts/opinions about the internet and human rights discussions Forum.
