E-ntego is an All-in-One open source platform that allows developers to create IVR and SMS-based mobile micro-services using PHP programming language. This platform is easy to reach from a web browser www.e-ntego.org and It gathers many features in one place (Web hosting, MySQL database storage, Telecom access API for SMS and vocal calls). E-ntego services could be used in different fields (Education, Health, Agriculture, E-govenment services, Data collection…) and these services would be developed by Rwandan developers including students, small/big companies and also public organisations.
