| I've held internship positions in two organizations, namely Ernst & Young (EY) in 2009 and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in 2011.
I worked as an assistant Auditor in EY, which involved a lot of documentation and process assessments.
I was Program Assistant in JICA Rwanda's OVOP chapter. This included visits to small rural companies to assess the challenges they face in terms of Value Addition.
I've also worked as a trainer in Ready4Finance, which is an entrepreneurial skills module developed by BiD Network, a dutch NGO. I am part of an ongoing process of adapting the material for more relevance to Rwanda's budding entrepreneurs.
