| Other than working on class projects, I have been heavily involved in IT work in the last two years. I work part-time at the Hendrix College Media Center as Helpdesk Assistant. My work involves supporting audio-visual technology for classes and campus events, and troubleshooting technical issues and helping students and faculty with networking, email, software or security issues. During the summer of 2014, I also worked as an IT technician and my main tasks were installing, maintaining and repairing the school's software & hardware systems. |
