This workshop is a joint event between the Oxford Internet Institute, at the University of Oxford, and kLab. This session serves to discuss findings from a 3-year research project on the Rwandan BPO sector with practitioners in an interactive format.

We discuss which other factors need to complement internet connectivity for the BPO sector to thrive in the face of international competition.

We also highlight interrelations with other ICT sectors, including innovators and small-scale connectivity enhancers.
