Experience
- Head of IT at Banque Populaire du Rwanda (BPR) since 2012 - Head of IT Operations at BPR from 2011 to 2012 - Telemedicine Project Administrator at Rwanda Development Board (RDB/IT) in 2010 - Senior IT in charge of Database and Application development at BPR, 2008-2010 - Analyst Programmer at BPR from 2007 to 2008 I am expert in IT services management and business analysis. I also have strong technical skills in object oriented programming and RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySql). I have developed several IT solutions for BPR (Clearing and settlement system, ADTS, etc) and other institutions like Winrock international.
