First released on 27th May 2003 WordPress will be celebrating it's 10th Anniversary Worldwide this year. You are invited to join the Rwandan community of bloggers and web developers to the celebration event which will also include training on building your own website or blog within 20 minutes using WordPress. We will also use the opportunity to encourage Rwandans in general to start blogging.
